Development Squad is designed to improve fitness and stroke technique and to teach squad etiquette to swimmers preparing to enter senior squad.

Swimmers will, ideally, be in level 6 or over, but do not hesitate to speak to our coaches, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Development squad members (or visitors of this level) are welcome to attend ANY of the squad sessions over the school holidays. 

Our normal (school term) development squad sessions are:

6.00PM  - 7.00PM

THURSDAY

5.30PM –6.30PM

$10.00 per casual visit. (or is included in monthly squad membership)

FRIDAY

7.15AM -8.15AM  $8.00 per visit   (or is included in monthly squad membership)

FRIDAY CLUB NIGHT

4.30PM – 5.30PM
