Laps & General Swimming

 

Why swimming is good for you.....

Swimming is one of the few ways that improves your all-round fitness because it can improve strength, stamina and flexibility - all at the same time!

 It has the cardio-vascular benefits of running, the strength building effects of weight training and the flexibility effects of dance training. Swimming uses all major muscle groups and is a demanding aerobic exercise that helps to keep your heart & lungs healthy. Swimming also helps to keep your joints flexible, especially through the neck, shoulders, hips & groin areas.

Casual swimming prices are:  

Adult:                                      $6.00 per visit     

Child (4 - 16yrs)                    $4.50 per visit  

Children under the age of 4yrs are FREE but MUST be accompanied, in the water by a paying adult.

Children under the age of 12yrs cannot be left in the centre unaccompanied by an adult (over 16yrs)

Memberships are available as well:

Adult 10 visit card                  $55.00              

Adult 20 visit card                   $100.00             

Child (4-16yrs) 10 visit card   $40.00          

All visit cards are valid for 12months from purchase date.
